Municipalities:

For Ocean City, NJ, Nautilus installed over 400 kilowatts on the roofs of municipal buildings, providing a significant source of clean power – and attracting a new group of vacationers for whom green energy is a draw.

Businesses:

For Thule, a world leader in the manufacture of transportation accessories, Nautilus built a 318 kilowatts system that's currently supplying about 26% of the electricity for their US manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters, and providing significant cost savings over the long term.

Schools:

Our solar installation for William Patterson University in New Jersey, when completed in 2010, will be the largest solar energy plant for any educational institution in America. 3.2 megawatts of power will be generated, providing approximately 20% of the university's electricity needs. The system is expected to save the university over $4.3 million over the next 18 years.

Proven Track Record:

Nautilus solar has completed numerous projects for leading organizations in the United States, from top corporate brands to forward-thinking universities.

The experience to build and operate large projects.

Building a solar system of several megawatts or higher is a very different process than building a 50-100 kilowatts system. Nautilus has a track record of completing large-scale solar installations, and we have solutions ready for the unique challenges associated with them, both in financing and implementation. Backed by Starwood Energy, we are confident we can secure financing for any size solar installation, and can craft a PPA that works for both your business and Nautilus. In addition to providing financing, Starwood also acts as a development partner, bringing their global development expertise to the task of building large-scale solar installations. And when it comes to design and construction, we have long-term partnerships with installers skilled at handling large systems, on time and on budget.

The result? Your organization benefits from a greater amount of clean electricity generated from the sun, which translates to greater savings and a lower carbon footprint.
